In our experience, the primary reason remedial actions fail is because of incomplete site characterization. It is not possible to design a solution without fully understanding the problem. We investigate sites ranging from small, uncomplicated properties to more complex multi-property sites. We understand that no two sites are the same. We have investigated sites with a range of contaminants, including petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, metals, and PCBs. These contaminants can be found in air, soil, groundwater, surface water, and sediment.
